IT WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!

soooo we were all waiting outside, and carys' friend kate's dad works at the place (cardiff international arena...cia
and we were waiting outside, and me carys and amber were starting to panic because me and amber had tickets, and carys was on a piece of paper, like an e-mail? so when kate's dad turns up i feel sick...like really sick with worry. and then all of a sudden, a dude comes out and just ushers us inside, they didnt even check my ticket!!
omg when i saw that stage, seriously i FREAKED OUT! me and carys were jumping around and screaming, because it didn't hit me until then that i was seeing mcr - my FAVOURITE band ever, live! i got all wierd and emotional
so we run to the front (me carys and amber) and then thursday come on...they were kinda good, it got us all hyped up cause they were from new jersey too (just like mcr
and i think some people in the crowd were getting impatient so they just started moshing.
now, my dear amber is not one for moshing, this was her first concert, so you could imagine my surprise that when somone shoved her, she'd shove them back, harder and swearing
and her face was a PICTURE when they started playing some hardcore metal hahahaha
and then jenn and kate decided they were too squished so they went to the back when me carys, amber and steffan in the kinda-sorta front
so there was a curtain, and we guessed that their set was behind that curtain
now after waiting for pretty long, carys started looking really sick (she was sick anyway, but you know...worse) she kept like saying "i need to get out, i really need a drink" you could tell she had like trouble standing up
but then all of a sudden, me and carys saw two hands peeping through the curtain
i waved but alas, the hands did not see me
and they wheeled the hospital bad, and we'd all read that gerard way was gonna jump out of the hospital bed and start singing the first song off the third album,the song was called the end
so when that happened, at this point amber was behind me and carys and i kept turning around every now and then to check if she was still there
but when he started singing, i forgot about everything, i kept saying "ohmygod OH MY GOD" over and over again but after a bit i turned around AND AMBER WASNT THERE!! you would not BELIEVE how scary that was!! i turned to carys, and asked where she was, carys smiled in the distance to someone and said "there she is" but when i turned around SHE WAS GONE!! seriously, he just dissapeared!!
long story short, we lost her for the whole of the mcr set and literaly screamed her name between the songs, we found her at the end, and we both burst out crying (
) and over and over again i kept saying "i'm so so sorry!!" and stuff, i was so scared smiles
its making me all sad just thinking about it...
so i'll move on
anyway, so during the concert, they played the whole of the third album, it was great
but all the creepy kids went nuts for "welcome to the black parade" me and carys were like "ochhh eughh" cause we dont like that song.. but we sang along anyway cause it was such an amazing atmosphere
and at the end of that song there was a MASSIVE explosion and SO MUCH CONFETTI just fell all over us, there was tons of it smiles!!
when i got home i was getting changed and i just found loads of confetti
and yeah they played all the songs from the black parade album
then they all ran off stage... and when that was all happening the hidden song off their album came on
everyone was singing along, and sudenly everything went black....and a little spotlight, and BANG!! MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE WERE BACK!! and not just as the black parade, but as themselves, that was the best part of the show, because they werent wearing those wierd uniforms, but their normal clothes, it was amazing
they played some old songs including my favourite song ever!! it was exxtra special cause all the creepy people who came who only knew one song were just standing still, and then there was me and carys - the LOYAL fans who had been with them forever knew every word to every song, best thing ever
and i know this sounds SOOO stupid smiles, but i swear, i saw him looking at me, because we must have stood out, a lot of kids around us didnt know the words, and then it was me and carys just jumping and screaming every word
and frank - one of the guitarists kept messing around on stage stealing ray - another guitarist's mike
was funny
and i guess thats it smiles.. (and in case it was scaring you, carys did not collapse, she found some water, cause at some concerts they get worried about the kids in the front getting dehydrated so they pass out glasses of water )
smiles, it was the best day of my life
