i have this thing where i always like go ill on holidays cause i get too hot and then i almost faint and then like throw up and stuff

i did it in santorini on this day and we were there for one day and i had to go back to the boat cause i almost fainted and i went to this place and they gave me water and then my sunglasses broke
did it in rome aswell

i get black and white vision sometimes too is that normal?
