Rules for promoting your website.
1. You must be a regular user. 2. You must link to us on it, in a noticeable place. 3. Ask an admin first.
When you try and promote a worldwide (e.g. Youtube) site then there are no rules. But it must be a popular site and not a music forum (Competition see. ) to be able to not have a rules.
